Repairs: common questions
How often should a playground be inspected?
Best practice is a visual check routinely, an operational inspection each term, and an independent annual main inspection to BS EN 1176. We can carry out any of these and provide written reports.
Can you repair equipment you didn't install?
Yes. We inspect, repair and renovate play equipment, surfacing and fencing from any manufacturer or installer, bringing it back to a safe, compliant condition.
Is it cheaper to renovate or replace a playground?
Renovation is usually far cheaper than a full rebuild. Refreshing surfacing, markings and selected equipment can transform a tired area for a fraction of the cost of starting again.
